Accountable to: CEO
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Are you caring, hard-working and passionate about supporting people to get the most out of life? If so then we are looking for you to join our team as a Social Care Worker.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 7/8 degree in Social Care

• Possess full clean driving license

• Knowledge of Person-centered Planning

• Excellent report writing and organizational skills

• Good knowledge of New Directions.

• Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills

• High degree of flexibility in responding to service need

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on own initiative.

• Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

• Experience supporting people with mental health needs
