Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 7/8 degree in Social Care 

• Possess full clean driving license

• Knowledge of Person-centered Planning 

• Excellent report writing and organizational skills

• Good knowledge of HIQA Regulations

•  Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills

• High degree of flexibility in responding to service need

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on own initiative​
